Is DRS the company doing my roof?+
No. District Roofing Solutions is a referral service. The independent contractor inspects, quotes, contracts with you and completes the work. DRS does not perform or supervise roofing work.
Where do you help homeowners?+
Our initial focus is Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. Tell us your suburb so we can check whether there is a suitable contractor available for your job.
Do I have to accept the quote?+
No. An introduction does not commit you to any roofing work. Review the contractor’s scope, price and terms and decide whether it’s right for you.
How does DRS get paid?+
DRS receives a referral fee from the contractor when a referred job proceeds and the contractor receives the first customer payment. Your contractor provides your roofing quote and contract directly.
Can you help with an urgent roof leak?+
This is not an emergency response service. For an immediate risk to people or property, contact the appropriate emergency service. For non-emergency significant leaks, share the details in your enquiry.
