A clearer starting point
When a roof needs attention, knowing where to start can be difficult. You may have noticed a leak, be considering a replacement or simply be unsure how to describe the problem. District Roofing Solutions provides a place to submit that enquiry without needing to diagnose the roof or prepare a technical scope first.
District Roofing Solutions Pty Ltd is a roofing enquiry and referral service. We receive your details, review the basic information and help connect you with a selected independent roofing contractor where appropriate. The aim is to simplify the initial enquiry while leaving technical assessment and roofing decisions with the people responsible for the work.
What we do — and who does the roofing
DRS handles the enquiry and introduction. Independent contractors inspect properties, determine the scope, prepare quotations and enter into roofing contracts directly with customers. If you choose to proceed, that contractor performs and supervises the roofing work.
Contractors are independent businesses. They are not DRS employees, installers or roofing crews. Keeping that relationship clear helps you know who to speak with about a quotation, scheduling, workmanship or the obligations in your roofing contract. DRS does not carry out roofing installations, replacements or repairs.
A Brisbane-focused service
Our focus is Brisbane and surrounding areas. We consider the location of the property alongside the type of enquiry and contractor availability. Sharing your suburb helps us check whether a suitable introduction can be made rather than assume that every enquiry can be accommodated.
Enquiries may concern roof replacements, repairs and leaks, storm damage or metal, tile and slate roofs. The independent contractor assesses the property and confirms the work they can offer. DRS does not guarantee availability, pricing or a particular outcome.
Clear communication and an informed choice
We aim to keep the enquiry process understandable: what information is useful, how an introduction works and who is responsible at each stage. You should have room to ask questions and review the contractor's proposal before deciding whether to proceed. A referral does not require you to accept a quotation.
We are also clear about how DRS is paid. DRS receives a referral fee from the contractor only after a referred job is completed and the contractor has received the customer's final payment. Our Terms & Disclaimer and Privacy Policy explain the referral relationship and handling of enquiry information.
Tell us what you need
You do not need every detail before getting in touch. Start with the property suburb and the reason for your enquiry, and mention the roof material or previous work if known. Do not climb onto a roof to gather information.
Read how the service works, or submit an enquiry. DRS can help with the first conversation; you choose whether to take the next step with an independent contractor.
